Shipping Policy
All our posters are rolled neatly into tubes and our prints and original artworks are sent flat between protective card sheets. We send them all recorded delivery so you can track the status of your latest treasure online. Our checkout currently only offers delivery to the UK, but if you are from a distant land and wish to purchase a print just fill in the query form on the Contact page and we'll sort it all out.
For contracted works and commissions where physical pieces have been produced an invoice will be created prior to sending, but don't worry, we'll be clear about the pricing before you give the project the big YES!
Return & Exchange Policy
You have the right to return!
You can choose to cancel an order within 14 days of purchasing it. From the day of cancellation you have another 14 days to send it back our way and your account will be refunded the cost of the product.
If your product is damaged on arrival take a photo and let us know at tomy@mogtagtom.com within 14 days of your purchase. From that day you have another 14 days to send it back our way and as soon as we receive it we'll send a replacement straight out, this unfortunately does not apply to original artworks and commissions.
