Babble Witch from the Compendium of Beasts. You hear her cackle in trickling streams, you feel her gaze in the dark recesses of the wood. The Babble witch likes to evoke fear and unease when you enter her domain in wooded areas, but for her all her scare tactics her magic isn't all that powerful.
